Our professionals are licensed, but the sessions are structured around present-day performance and workday wellbeing. Our professionals follow all applicable mandatory reporting requirements under state law — as they would in any licensed setting. This is rare, but where safety is a concern, the law takes precedence. We will always communicate clearly with your company about the framework we operate within.

After signing, we handle the logistics. You’ll be introduced to your dedicated account manager, we’ll match a Flourish professional to your company, and we’ll co-create a simple employee launch communication with your HR team. Most companies are fully live within two to three weeks of contract signing.

Employees receive a private booking link — typically shared via email and Slack/Teams during the launch. They choose a time that fits their schedule during the professional’s on-site days. There’s no manager approval, no HR notification, and no friction. Just a simple calendar booking.

All plans require a 3-month initial commitment, which allows enough time for the program to take root, for employees to build trust with their Flourish professional, and for you to see meaningful data. Month-to-month flexibility is available after the initial term. We’re confident that once you see the impact, renewal won’t be a question.

Our Enterprise plan includes multi-location support. If you’re on a Starter or Growth plan and expand, we’ll work with you on a custom arrangement. We’re built to scale with you.
